If you are a subscriber of the Enterprise plan, you don’t need to worry about hardware requirements, as our equipment meets all the necessary items for your digital signage project.
However, to ensure the proper functioning of the Player (Android or Windows), it is important that the following items are allowed on your network:
1. Mandatory Requirements

.jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .png, .mp4, .asf, .avi, .flv, .mov, .mpg, .vob, .wmv, .xml
1.5 – Access allowed to Windows Update hosts (for players with Windows OS):

2. Recommended Requirements (Enterprise Plan)
2.1 – Access allowed to TeamViewer:
- Domain:
.teamviewer.com- Protocols: HTTPS
- Ports: 443
Reason: TeamViewer is used for remote support, avoiding the need for intervention from your company’s IT team.

3. Optional Requirements
3.1 – Access to the NTP (Network Time Protocol):

3.2 – Dashboard Integration (Power BI, Matomo, or Grafana)
If you use our Dashboard Integration module, the two access permissions below are required to ensure proper communication between the players and system authentication with your account.
Allows the devices to access the rendered reports.
- Protocol: TCP
- Ports: 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS)
